Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we don't allow returns for just any old reason. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, please let us know immediately. We request that you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive or receive damaged goods, please contact us at  contact@caskers.com and we will help you ASAP. When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • your order number
  • an explanation of the issue
  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.
